• Harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.
• Attempting to test or bypass the platform's security systems.

1xp reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time — particularly if there is evidence of a Terms violation. Users will generally be notified by email before an account is closed.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.

• If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.
• After an account is closed, you may submit a request to reopen it — a decision will be provided following an investigation.
• Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, the account cannot be reactivated before the designated period ends.
• A dormancy fee may apply to inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months).
